Paola has extensive experience in the design industry, having worked with leading architecture firms and design studios including THID Studio, Billard Leece Partnership and Bates Smart. Since 2015, she has operated independently, collaborating with architects, building designers, and private clients to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design outcomes across residential and commercial sectors.

Paola’s project experience spans healthcare, education, workplace and bespoke high end residential design.
